The DRI program requires communities to define downtown boundaries that are concentrated and easily walkable. The Clinton Kirkland DRI zone is pictured below. It is centered on the community’s federally designated historic district – including the Village Green – and encompasses parts of the Village of Clinton and the Town of Kirkland.
